Privacy policy
Briefly and in plain language: what happens to the data you leave on this site.
1. Who processes the data
The controller of personal data is Izabela Partyka, who runs the proroczaprzestrzen.pl website. For anything concerning your data, write to prorok.sne@gmail.com.
2. What data I collect
Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, email address, optionally a phone number, the chosen topic and the content of your message. Your IP address and browser information are also recorded — used solely to protect the form against abuse.
I do not collect special categories of data. If your message happens to include sensitive information (for example about health or faith), I treat it as voluntarily shared so that I can reply, and I hold it in confidence.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your message and possibly arrange a meeting — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at your request, legitimate interest).
- To protect the form against spam and abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. How long I keep it
I keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle the matter, and then for a maximum of 24 months — in case you come back to the conversation. You can ask me to delete it earlier at any time.
5. Who else sees it
I do not sell your data and I do not share it for marketing. Technically it is processed by the hosting provider running this website and the email provider I use for correspondence. Each of them works under a data processing agreement.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased, restricted, ported, and to object to its processing. Writing to prorok.sne@gmail.com is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
7. Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not profile visitors. The only cookie in use is a technical session cookie needed to protect the contact form against abuse — it disappears when you close your browser.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which means your IP address is passed to Google at the moment the page loads.
8. Changes
If the scope of processing changes, I will update this document and mark the date of the change. Last updated: 13.08.2026.
